My Custom Workout: Day 1

Hey readers! Today is the first day of my custom workouts! I’m focusing on my upper body today because I’m pretty lazy and I don’t want to do my legs. Remember this is only DAY #1! You don’t have to do a ton. I usually only do about 20 minute and increase little at a time. If you’re like me and out of shape it’s good to just calm it down and do only so much!

(In order by what I did)

  • The Hammer Curl/50 Reps
    -http://www.toneteen.com/exercises/arms_hammercurl.htm
I totally felt that in my back and shoulders!
  •  Swim Stroke/60 Reps
    -http://www.toneteen.com/exercises/chest_swim.htm
—Feeling it in my Arms a ton! Loving this <3 Hurts to do 60! Start with 50 . Haha.
  •  Seated Crunchy Frog/30 Seconds
    -http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ctv19SekEaQ
—I do this all the time when I do P90X! It’s super easy super fun! :D Hurts the thighs and core at first! So start with at least 15 seconds (:
  •  Wide Leg Sit Up/ 14 Seconds
    -www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zc2nrteVo50&feature=related
    — SERIOUSLY HURRTS! i only did 14 when I know I could do 25! But, whatever. I did as much as I could!

I’m done. Did about 15 Minutes. I’m out of shape like I said!

Essential FACE Make-Up Brushes

These are brushes I think EVERYONE needs for there face! :D, and I’ll recommend some brushes I love so much!

  • Kabuki Brush
-This is a multi-purpose brush. Usually has no real handle, but sometimes is made with a handle, but most commonly known for being portable and versatile.
-Depending on the type, it could be used for foundation, powder, blush or any body powder.
-For example, if you have a Kabuki Brush with a flat top, those are commonly used for liquid foundation and powder
-I recommend the Forever 21 Kabuki Brush, mines is Pink and ultra soft, costs about $3-5 and is very nice! Also, I think another great brush is the MAC 181SE Kabuki, it’s great for putting in your purse and buffing in your powder.
  • Powder Brush
-This brush is self explanatory. It’s used to put on your powder foundation, and usually has a short or long handle.
-If you use a brush rather then a sponge it can prevent bacteria, won’t hurt your face, and is much cheaper.
-I recommend the E.L.F. Complexion Brush for $3, it’s soft and very easy to use! If you don’t like that one, you could also try the EcoTools Powder brush for around $10, I love ecotools because they are Eco Friendly and way soft!
  • Stippling Brush
-THIS BRUSH IS MY FAVORITE EVER<3 It’s a duo-fiber brush. White on top! It’s so multipurpose. It can be used for, liquid foundation, powder, blush, bronzer and buffing.
-These brushes are soooo useful! Although, the only downside is how pricey they are. The prices really range from 12-50 bucks!
-I currently use one from Sonia Keshuck and it’s around $12 at your local tareget! I use this brush for everything! I still have to buy another one. Hahaha, it’s that amazing <3
  • Blush Brush
-These brushes are primarily for BLUSH and highlights!
-This brush ranges in price, all the way from $5-45. or something…. Hahhaa.
-I use the Eco Tools Blush Brush, it came in a pack of 5 brushes for $10! <3
  • Contour Brush
-Honestly, I love to TRY contour, but I haven’t perfected it yet. But, I recently tried a few brushes that are amazing for contour!
-You could use an angled blush brush, and a great brush is the Essense of Beauty Double Sided Brushes for about $10-15
-Or you could use a smaller type of blush brush. I use the ELF Studio Blush Brush which is only $3! Or this one MAC brush, but it’s really pricey! :| so yeah. haha. But I lovvvvve the ELF one (:
